The civil litigation side is run by experienced attorney Renee Galente with an emphasis in real property, business disputes and personal injury. Before partnering with Eric, Renee worked for a premiere Plaintiffs’ Civil Litigation firm in San Diego, where she worked with, and learned from, some of the best attorneys in San Diego in all manner of civil cases ranging from the De Anza Cove litigation to the Hilton Bayfront explosion to a national franchise dispute.  These experiences are the foundation of Renee’s practice at Galente Ganci, APC. In addition to her legal acumen, Renee brings a level of comfort to her clients and compassion for every case.

The criminal litigation side is run by award-winning attorney Eric Ganci, specializing exclusively in DUI defense.  Eric is trained in DUI blood testing by the American Chemical Society, he is trained in DUI breath testing, and is qualified to train police officers on DUI field sobriety tests and investigation.  He also researched and wrote for the 2011 supplement of “California Drunk Driving Defense” which is also known as the “DUI Bible” to those who practice DUI Defense. Eric brings a mastery of DUI science– an often neglected topic– to his clients at Galente Ganci, APC.
